DyStar is launching two new Dianix XF dyes in the Navy and Black shade area. By adding the following two items to our Dianix XF/SF concept, we will strengthen our market position in the polyester high wet-fastness market segment:
Dianix XF/ SF for top quality
Meeting highest wet - fastness requirements

Dianix XF/ SF for Right - First - Time Production
Meeting Cost reduction by increasing productivity

Dianix Navy XF- AR and Dianix Black XF- AR
Dianix Navy XF- AR and Dianix Black XF- AR offer high stability to reduction and thereforeExcellent reproducibility
- Universal application - aslo in fully flooded systems
- Less rework
- Improved Right - First - Time performance
- Reduced process costs and on top
- Low acetate staining
- Good exhaustion at 130 °C
- High suitability on polyester/ elastane blends

Features and Benefits of Dianix Navy XF-AR and Dianix Black XF-AR
The most significant features and benefits of these additional dyes are
Improved reduction stability
- Customers can benefit from enhanced shade reproducibility and therefore improve the Right-First-Time performance
- Can be recommended as problem solvers e.g. fully flooded machines, yarn dyeing or fabrics known to have a high REDOX potential, for example residual sulphones, sulphene and sulphide from regenerated cellulose fibre manufacture which is subsequently blended with polyester.
Low acetate staining
- Important for overprinting and logo application

Dianix Golden Yellow SF and Dianix Blue SF
DyStar is also launching two new Dianix SF dyes in the Golden Yellow and Blue shade areas which offer fastness improvements over existing products and provide also good reduction stability.
For the first time DyStar is now able to offer a real Dianix SF three color combination with the existing Dianix SF dyes (e.g. Dianix Sport Red SF and Dianix Crimson SF). Furthermore these dyes can be used as combination dyes with all Dianix XF dyes, particularly with the new Dianix Navy XF-AR and Black XF-AR.
Dianix Golden Yellow SF and Dianix Blue SF enlarge the high wet-fast Dinix SF range
- Highest wet-fastness level
- High stability to reduction
- Excellent RFT performance
- Good exhaustion at 130 °C
- High suitability on polyester/ elastane blends
- Covering of wide color spectrum in ternary shades

Additional features of Dianix Golden Yellow SF, Dianix Blue SF, Dianix Navy XF-AR and Dianix Black XF-AR
The new Dianix XF and SF dyes offer the following additional features:
Maximum yield is developed at 130°C
- No need for higher dyeing temperatures and therefore saving of energy, time, cooling water and improving productivity
Good suitability for polyester and polyester blends
- PES/elastane - suitable dyeing temperature and good fastness
- PES/cotton - low sensitivity of yield to variation in liquor ratio
- Versatile - only one range needed for polyester and blends
High wet-fastness
- Improvements in AATCC IIA 49 °C and contact fastness compared to existing dyes in the market.
- Reduced staining on acetate
Expanded shade gamut for wet fast dyes
- Bright Dianix Golden Yellow SF gives improved options for orange/scarlet and green shades in combination with existing dyes
Colour constant Black
- Dianix Black XF-AR shows good constancy of shade in different light sources which should be of particular interest to leading Retailers and Brands.
No heavy metal or AOX
All new dyes meet Oeko-Tex Standard 100 requirements
